The bank is an open stock company whose shares have been listed on the Swiss Exchange (SQN: SIX Swiss Exchange) starting from May 29, 2000. Swissquote has obtained a banking license under the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Swissquote Bank is also a member of the Swiss Bankers Association.
